Contracts must be signed and returned, along with payment in full, no later than November 1st, 2010. Please make checks payable to FBC Frisco MOPS and mail to Laura Upchurch, 11499 Beevilee Dr., Frisco, Tx 75035. A $25.00 fee will be collected for any checks returned due to insufficient funds.
BOOTH FEES:
Booth Fee for a 6X8 area is $50.
Double Booth Fee 6X16 area is $80. Table Rental $10 Electricity $5 CANCELLATIONS: Vendors whose cancellations are received in writing no later than November 14th, 2009 will be refunded 50% of the booth fee(s). Booth fees are non-refundable after November 14th.
DISCLAIMERS:
Booth space is limited and will be offered on a “first come, first served” basis. FBC Frisco MOPS and First Baptist Church Frisco will not be responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise, property or money. FBC Frisco MOPS/First Baptist Church Frisco, its staff and members will be held harmless in case of any accident or injury that may occur during set up, take down and the event.
