The sale will be from 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. You will not be allowed in the church between 2 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. All doors will be locked until 3:30.- You MUST pick up your items between 3:30 and 4:15 p.m. on Saturday or your unsold items will be donated. This has been a problem area in the past, so please make every effort to be on time to pick up your items. We cannot be responsible for items left after 4:15 p.m.
- There will be one pick up location for any unsold items. This will be in the gym.
- Your seller number will be verified upon entering. There will be someone at the doors to check you off of the list. If a friend will be picking up your items for you, he/she must know your name, seller number and address.
- Be sure to look at the lost label rack to see if any of your items lost their labels. We will do our best to return any unsold items to you; however, you do sell at your own risk.
- Your check for 70% or 60% of your total sales will be mailed to you about 4 weeks after the sale along with your labels from items sold. Your patience in this area will be appreciated. As our sale has grown, so has the amount of paperwork and accounting and our turnaround time on cutting checks has been affected.
