Don’t forget to volunteer!
Volunteers run the consignment sale – they are crucial in the process of running the busy consignment sale. It’s a lot of fun and a great way to get to know other moms.  Plus, volunteering has it’s “privileges”:

• Work 3 Shifts - VOLUNTEER VIP PASS
  Make 70% of your proceeds instead of 60% and get VIP Privileges Friday night 5-5:45pm for working three shifts.  Then you can stay and shop the Pre-Sale from 6-8pm as well. You will also  pay no registration fee and have lots of fun!

Here are the consignment sale shifts that you can work.  Please note that you should arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled time so that you can be checked in and assigned a position during the sale, or set-up.  Please  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Wednesday - 8-10ish - Set up - We need men for this one. We have to bring everything from storage to the church gym. So, any husband that works will count as a shift. We will be moving racks and setting up a few also. If you have a truck, it would be very helpful.

Thursday 9:30-12 set-up - be prepared to set up racks and tables.

Thursday 4-8 drop off - If you are wanting to work this shift and drop your items off you must arrive 30 minutes earlier to drop off and check in your items. That way you are ready to go by 4:15.

Friday 9-12 drop off - If you are wanting to work this shift and drop your items off you must arrive 30 minutes earlier to drop off and check in your items. That way you are ready to go by 9:15.

Friday 4:30 - 7:30- VIP sale and  part of Pre-Sale - If you are working this shift I will allow you to shop first (at your specified time) and then work.  You must be here 30 minutes early to work this shift. 

Friday 7:30 - 10:30 - Part of Presale and Midnight Madness Sale - Please be here 15 minutes early to allow easy transition from one shift to the next. We will be open to the public from 8-10 and need plenty of workers. 

Saturday 7:00-11:30  Sale- Volunteers MUST be here by 7! Anyone who arrives late will lose 1/2 shift credit.

Saturday 12:00-4  - ½ price sale and clean up - We will need a pick-up truck and a few men to help with this…so we can take the heavy items to the storage at the back of the church lot. If your husband comes to help, we will add an extra shift credit for you. So if you and your husband work this shift, you get 2 shift credits. We only have a need for 2 or 3 men so first come, first serve.  You must be prepared to stay for the whole shift. If you leave without checking out, you will lose part of your shift credit.
